PRISM was built by the students of MIST (Media at the International School of Tianjin) — the team that runs IST's own live student broadcasts three times a week. Our coaches aren't hired professionals; they're students who've faced the same problems yours will face, and worked through them using a structured reflection process developed through IST's Sustainable Student Leadership program. When a MIST student coaches your team, they're passing on the habits that let a real, functioning student newsroom hold together under pressure.
